Corporate Responsibility is accompanied by a framework of principles, the effective incorporation of which affects the way the Company operates and guarantees the protection of the environment and optimal management of natural resources as well as the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies and minimization of the burden from the Company's activity.
The Company recognizes the extent of its impact on the natural environment and has therefore set environmental protection as a priority of its strategy.
At a minimum, the Company fully complies with the relevant legislation and regulatory framework in the areas where operates and seeks to exceed the minimum requirements.
It also acts purposefully and takes measures to reduce adverse environmental impacts while ensuring business continuity and compliance with environmental legislation

The Company, through a specific Health and Safety policy and a strict Health and Safety Management System, aims at the early identification and minimization of risks related to all its activities.

Terna Mag has developed and implements appropriate Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 39001, ISO 45001 and GMP+ international standards.

monitors the performance of Management Systems through the establishment of specific objectives and objectives, which are updated and modified through the Management Review.

carries out the necessary trainings and updates on this policy, but also on the factors that may affect the effectiveness of the work, in terms of quality, environment, business continuity, road safety and occupational health and safety, as well as feed quality and safety.
