TERNA MAG is excited to contribute to PRIM-ROCK video presenting the concept of developing a portfolio of sophisticated technologies of high efficiency and low level of GHG emissions.

The EU funded PRIM-ROCK project is expected to deploy advanced techniques for the pre-processing of raw material, supplemented by decision support systems. The project will focus on improving the efficiency of the calcination and roasting processes that are commonly used in the mineral and cement industries, lowering in parallel the GHG emissions. Process simulations in collaboration with AI data-driven models will be utilized and a digital twin for each process will be developed.
